It is always a pleasure to welcome XTERRA to Black Diamond.  For the past three years they have held their Triathlon at the Lake Sawyer Regional Park site.  Every year the event appears to grow and get even better.  I especially like the addition of the junior event which is always fun to watch.

XTERRA officials and athletes have always been good stewards of the land and promote cleanliness and sportsmanship as well as safety.  We appreciate their support of the City and our businesses and hope they will continue to come to Black Diamond.

Thank you for putting the event on, you did a GREAT job! Thanks to all the volunteers you had as well. It was nice to know that there were so many volunteers on course to help if you needed it.

This was my first triathlon and it was so much more fun than I anticipated.  I also have to thank all the other racers who made it fun and less stressful. People were very friendly and courteous on the trail, always allowing people to pass or passing with respect.

I don't know if you hear much from the folks that do the race, but I have to say that for my relay team, and my husband who did it all, this was our FIRST Tri and we HAD a blast.  Your event is will put together and it shows that you put alot of effort and time into it.

 We love it and we will be back next year, I think my team members want to go ALL the WAY :) You have made us junkies of the Tri's :)

I am in awe of the community that you guys have created with the black diamond xterra event and the RTB team.  Every time I am able to be part of something you guys do I am grateful as it shows me how great this sport is.  You guys have done an amazing job in all that you have created.  Thanks for the experience!
